HOW LONG DOES MY HAIR NEED TO BE?

Your hair should be no shorter than 1/4 inch. That's a grain of rice!

(When hair is too short you will not get a perfect result, leaving stubble & more painful)

HOW LONG BETWEEN WAXING IS OPTIMAL?

Facial Hair/Underarms - AT LEAST 2 WEEKS

Brazilian/Bikini - AT LEAST 4 WEEKS

Legs/Arms/Back/Chest - AT LEAST 4 WEEKS

WHAT HAPPENS IF I SHAVE IN BETWEEN MY WAX APPOINTMENTS?

Let's be real, emergencies happens. Here's what you need to know and I'll let you decide if it's worth the razor:

1. You will get off your wax cycle and be at square one. Shaving affects your hair growth cycle which can lead to different lengths of hair and uneven results, even stubble with a follow up wax. It will take you longer to receive smooth wax results.

2. It will change the texture of your hair.

3. Your follow up wax will take longer and may result in more pain.

CAN I STILL GET WAXED IF I AM ON MY PERIOD?

Yes! If you are on your period the day of your brazilian/bikini, you can still receive services - as long as you have a fresh tampon in. Just remember you will be more sensitive. If you are not comfortable, you may cancel. *Please note the cancellation policy still applies.

WILL WAXING MAKE MY HAIR GROW BACK THICKER?

Waxing does quite the opposite! The more you get waxed, the less painful it will be and it will be finer textured hair.

FAQ | Lash Lift + Tint

WHAT IS A LASH LIFT?

A lash lift is a semi-permanent lift and curl of your natural lashes, much like a perm. By bending your natural lashes over a curved silicone shield and applying a perming solution, a lash technician can set the shape of your natural lashes into an upward and realistic curl.

DOES THE LASH LIFT PROCEDURE HURT?

No, it is totally painless! You will have your eyes closed for the entire treatment and although it may feel strange being unable to open your eyes for this time, it offers you a chance to relax!

HOW LONG WILL A LASH LIFT LAST?

A lash lift can last 6-8 weeks but can vary from person to person. There is no need for any maintenance in between appointments, but we recommend booking again after 6-8 weeks to lift the new hair growth.

I WEAR CONTACT LENSES, CAN I HAVE THIS PROCEDURE?

Yes! However, we will ask you to remove them temporarily during the treatment. (Wear your glasses!)

CAN I WEAR MAKEUP AFTER MY LASH LIFT?

Yes, but we advise you to NOT wear eye make up for 24 hours after your lash lift. After that, you can wear eye make up if you'd like!

CAN I USE AN EYELASH CURLER?

No, there is no need for an eyelash curler as you will find this treatment gives you better results than the curler. More importantly, using one may weaken and damage your lashes.

I AM PREGNANT, IS IT SAFE TO HAVE A LASH LIFT?

During a lash lift, the chemicals used are generally safe for regular use, but they have potential to enter through the bloodstream. Considering the delicate nature of pregnancy, I err on the side of caution. The health and well-being of both the expectant mother and baby are of utmost importance. To ensure a safe and worry-free experience, it's recommended to postpone until after pregnancy.
