Cancellation Policy

All cancellations need to be made 48 hours before the start of your appointment (that's 2 days). Yes, this pertains to everyone!

- If you cancel the day before your appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.

- If you cancel the SAME DAY or NO SHOW, your card on file wil be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
